Pilates instructor aims to get Islanders moving
Research claiming sitting is the new smoking has given a local Pilates instructor incentive to get Islander's moving.
Next month, Mo Sherring is running an event to encourage Manxies to build more activity into their everyday life.
It will include a talk and practical classes to help demonstrate why increasingly sedentary lives are dangerous and how to overcome such risks.
The event takes place on Saturday 18 May, from 10am-1pm at University College Isle of Man.
