Small group teaching 'huge advantage' for IBS

Smaller student numbers have been helping the success of the Island's International Business School, according to a leading academic.

Last week the IBS, based at the Nunnery in Douglas, saw around 80 of its students receive their qualifications at a presentation ceremony.

As well as degrees, students also gained postgraduate and professional qualifications.

Professor Michael Brown, the Vice-Chancellor of Liverpool John Moores University - which accredits some of the courses – says the IBS has an advantage when it comes to teaching:
