Volunteers also being offered complimentary drink
The highlights of this year’s Southern 100 Road Races will reach the big screen this week.
ITV4 is screening two one-hour programmes tonight (28 July) and tomorrow (29 July).
The big screen in Castletown Square will be showing the episodes along with course sponsor Motor Isle on Wellington Street in Douglas.
The Southern 100 Club is also recognising the ‘incredible commitment’ of its volunteers by offering a free drink at The Garrison before this evening’s broadcast.
A spokesperson for the club said: "As a small thank you everyone involved in delivering this year's event, including marshals, technical officials, catering teams, shop volunteers and the many others who make the races possible, is invited to enjoy a complimentary drink at The Garrison before Tuesday evening's screening.
"It's a chance to relax, catch up with fellow volunteers and watch the action from a different perspective after another successful event.
"Whether you volunteered, competed, supported a rider or simply enjoyed the racing, everyone is warmly invited to Market Square to celebrate another memorable Southern 100."
