Restrictions to be temporarily lifted between Creg Ny Baa and Bungalow
The southern section of the Mountain Road will reopen for the weekend, starting later today.
The Department of Infrastructure, which is carrying out maintenance and preparation work ahead of the TT, will open the stretch between the Creg Ny Baa and the Bungalow from 4pm.
This will allow access to the Beinn Y Phott Road and Tholt Y Will Road, to link with Michael, Ballaugh and Sulby.
The section will close again on Monday (13 April).
The Mountain Road between Ramsey and the Bungalow will remain closed over the weekend and next week, up until 17 April.
