Southern site for proposed windfarm 'shouldn't be touched' say residents

Fears development at Earystane would damage heathland

Residents in the south of the Island say a site earmarked for a potential wind farm shouldn't be touched due to concerns over the impact on the area's ecology.

It's been claimed Earystane and Scards is vital heathland.
