Aim for dedicated site for clinically-lead service
The Department of Home Affairs says it’s hoping to get ‘spades in the ground’ later this year at the Island’s Sexual Assault Referral Centre.
An interim service is already up and running which means victims no longer need to travel to the UK for examination.
The DHA received extra funding in its budget this year to build a dedicated facility.
