
The Speaker of the House of Keys is to raise concerns in Tynwald over the number of children referred to social services in the Isle of Man.
Steve Rodan says it's out of all proportion to the number ending up on the Child Protection Register, after being found to be at significant risk.
Mr Rodan will ask Social Care Minister Chris Robertshaw for a raft of data - including the initial triggers for referrals - at Tynwald this week.
Mr Rodan is concerned too many families are being caught up in social services investigations without good cause.
