Education Minister offers reassurance after child tests positive for Covid-19
Pupils from St Mary's Primary School who may have had contact with a Covid-positive classmate have not mixed with children from other areas at a hub school.
That reassurance comes from Education Minister Dr Alex Allinson after pre-admission screening for a medical procedure found the child had coronavirus after attending the Douglas school on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
Eleven students from the school have been attending the hub school at Henry Bloom Noble School since St Mary's closed due to lockdown.
But, Dr Allinson says there's no need for parents to panic:
