
Obese people in the Isle of Man are queing up to do something about their weight.
An appeal for volunteers to take part in an obesity research project has attracted more than DOUBLE the number required.
The Obesity Research Group needed 300 volunteers - in the end they enlisted 400 - and have had to turn away another 200.
The volunteers will be split into two groups, to find out which of two methods works best to help people manage their weight.
