Floral and written tributes to comic legend Sir Norman Wisdom have been placed on his statue outside a bar named in his honour.
Bouquets are being left on the bench outside Sir Norman's at the Sefton Hotel, after he passed away peacefully at a nursing home in Ballasalla yesterday (Monday), aged 95.
His contribution to post-war comedy and unique style, which led him to become an icon both at home and abroad, have been widely praised.
