Ferry operator 'on its toes' for the fortnight ahead
The managing director of the Steam Packet says the ferry operator is 'well prepared' for the TT fortnight.
There's been a marked increase in bikers and visitors on the sailings in recent days, ahead of the Pre-TT Classic Road Races and the start of TT Qualifying Week tomorrow (27 May).
On Thursday, weather disruption caused the morning Manannan sailings to be cancelled at last-minute.
But Brian Thomson says the fleet and the schedules are flexible enough to deal with any surprises that come up:
