A group of sixth formers from St Ninian's High School are back on the Island after the trip of a lifetime.
The 13 students went on a month long expedition to China and Tibet to experience the different cultures and ways of life.
During their visit, they stayed in Tibetan houses and monasteries, meeting locals and trying to learn some Tibetan and Chinese.
One student, Vicky Quayle, says they caused quite a stir during their stay:
Douglas council seeking sites for future housing development
Yellow alert for heavy rain issued, replacing previous warning
Most Manx students studying in northern universities
Mobile Library to return to the road
