Castle Rushen wants pupils to be more cyber aware
Making students safer online - that's the aim of one of the Island's high schools.
Castle Rushen High School has introduced lessons on internet safety, along with mindfulness sessions.
The six-week course teaches pupils about cyber safety as well as looking to build confidence.
Speaking during Anti-Bullying Week, teacher Samantha Alman says it's about preparing students for any situation:
