Sulby Claddagh camping permits available from today

Permits for Sulby Claddagh campsite, which now cost £15, have gone on sale from today.

The charge was approved by Tynwald this month.

The permit allows you to camp at the site over the summer season, which runs from May 1 until September 30, for a maximum of 14 days at a time.

You're being encouraged to buy them online, via gov.im/camping, but can also do so by writing to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.

Permits cannot be bought at the campsite.

You could be fined up to £2,500 for camping at Sulby Claddagh without one.
