Sunday papers delayed by around five hours

Plane can't land at Ronaldsway until 11am

The Sunday papers are going to be delayed getting to the Island this morning.

Wholesaler GE White says they're being flown in because the Ben-my-Chree didn't sail yesterday evening as it's in for scheduled maintenance.

The plane won't be able to land at Ronaldsway until 11am, though, as the airport is still not operating at full capacity following the coronavirus lockdown.

GE White says it will be operating its normal routes, but you should expect deliveries to be around five hours later than normal.
