MT promises speeds 10 times faster
More than 70 residential and business areas around the Island will soon be able to benefit from superfast fibre broadband.
Manx Telecom is rolling out the technology in the coming months, and will lease the cables to other local internet service providers.
The lines will provide speeds of up to 1Gigabit per second - more than 10 times the speed of Manx Telecom's current fastest offering.
