Retail sector will be affected by lockdown measures
People on the Isle of Man are being urged to shop local this weekend to celebrate Mother’s Day.
Concerns have been raised that the current lockdown restrictions could adversely affect the Island’s retail sector.
Andy Corrie is the retail lead for the Chamber of Commerce.
He’s urging people not to cancel the event completely:
Some pubs to stay open for early-hours England match
Tynwald to revisit rates bill after the election
Douglas Council to install temporary play area in Marine Gardens
