Elective procedures can now be carried out
Elective surgery at Noble’s Hospital has been given the green light to restart.
It follows the lifting of lockdown measures yesterday (Monday) with the department of health and social care now working to get all services back to normal.
Surgery had been suspended during the circuit break to ensure the hospital had additional bed capacity.
Consultants will review surgical lists to ensure urgent cases are dealt with first – Minister David Ashford says it will take some time:
