Perceptions of govt: the message and its bearer

"We have our own strong opinions" and "we trust the Manx media".

Views of people asked if they have confidence in the industry on Island. 

'Post truth' - also called post-factual politics - is a buzzword used by the Island's Policy and Reform Minister to describe where some negativity towards government might come from. 

The latest Social Attitudes Survey shows 70% of the population feel that policy isn't clear, and more than half say it negatively impacts their lives.

These people in Douglas were asked for their views of the Manx media, and whether or not journalism directly influence their view of government.
