The Minister for Community, Culture and Leisure sounded an ominous note about the future funding of the Island’s regional swimming pools this morning.
Tim Crookall MHK faced questions from Ramsey MHK Leonard Singer about whether the department would take over the three pools.
Mr Crookall said his department already provided 90 per cent of the money needed to keep the pools open.
But he said a review of the funding situation would soon be undertaken.
