French Brigantine tall ship beached after breaking anchor
La Malouine was caught out by the easterly winds and ended up in the sands between Queen's Pier and the Arches.
The crew say they will be attempting to refloat the vessel during this afternoon's high tide (circa 3:54pm).
In the meantime, people are being urged not to climb onto or interfere with the ship.
