39-year-old will stand trial after denying offence
A taxi driver from Douglas will stand trial after being accused of indecently assaulting a passenger.
Jabrane Moutiq, of Malvern Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
The 39-year-old denied locking the woman in his car in the early hours of 15 January before kissing and touching her inappropriately.
A pre-trial review will take place on 25 July – he’s been bailed until that date.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 14 September it was confirmed a trial will take place on 17 October.
