A 19 year-old Peel woman has appeared in court charged with causing death by careless/inconsiderate driving.
Emily Dale-Beeton from Pevril Avenue entered no plea and has been bailed to appear in court again on January the 23rd.
She was driving a car near the old quarry entrance on the Poortown Road in St John's in October when it collided with a cyclist.
Father of two, 43 year-old project manager Matthew McSevney, was killed in the incident.
