Christopher McBurnie died in Ramsey in May
A teenager will stand trial next year after pleading not guilty to the murder of a 14 year old boy.
The boy, who was also 14 at the time of the incident and can't be named because of his age, denied murdering Christopher McBurnie in May during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse today (Thursday 18 September).
Deemster Graeme Cook set aside 20 days for the trial, getting underway on 28 September next year.
The defendant was remanded into custody until a pre-trial review on 21 May 2026.
