A detective from the Isle of Man will make an appeal on the BBC's Crimewatch programme this evening (Tuesday) as the search for an alleged rapist continues.
Che Awembeng Collins is wanted for failing to appear in court and breaching bail conditions.
Police are stressing Mr Collins is not a Manx resident, has no ties with the Island, and is not thought to be here at the moment.
The alleged victim in this case is also a non-Manx resident.
The connection with the Isle of Man is the fact the offence was allegedly committed here on August 29 this year.
