A terminally-ill patient, travelling from the Isle of Man to London for treatment, has been documenting her journey.
Heather Christian was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2016 and has been travelling backwards and forwards for vital appointments.
Speaking to Sky News, she says it's especially difficult given the current circumstances:
