Two-metre distance markers also placed throughout store
Tesco has introduced new measures to try and help reduce the spread of coronavirus.
The Douglas store has made its aisles one-way to stop people walking past each other in close proximity.
Arrows have been placed on the floor, highlighting the direction of each aisle, along with two-metre distance markers.
It's hoped this will help make it easier for people to practice social distancing while shopping.
