Public Health says waste water tests may be useful
Sewage on the Isle of Man could be tested for traces of Covid-19.
That’s according to the director of public health who’s described the idea as ‘fascinating’.
No testing is currently carried out but Dr Henrietta Ewart says it may be looked at in the future.
She says surveying waste water could provide a good early warning system:
