An entry in the Central Intelligence Agency's online country factbook has been the cause of some concern for the the Manx Nationalist Party, Mec Vannin.
The pressure group is listed as a branch of the British National Party, the BNP.
Head of Mec Vannin, Bernard Moffatt (pictured), has contacted the CIA to draw attention to the mistake, but he doesn't think it was deliberate:
