The Wave development at the Summerland site is more than just a blueprint and will come to fruition, according to the Sefton Group's chief operating officer.
Mark Lewin says the firm is very serious about the proposal and is in it for the long haul.
He says the group is looking to use The Wave to consolidate a number of its existing facilities in Douglas into one complex, and has put a lot of work into the project already:
