Issue being examined in Jersey
It would be wrong to compare collective responsibility in the Isle of Man and Jersey, according to Chris Thomas.
The Policy and Reform Minister was speaking as the issue is being examined closely by politicians in the Channel Island.
Collective responsibility means that once a policy is agreed, all those in the Cabinet sign up to it.
