Chief minister candidate sets out manifesto

The man who wants to be the Isle of Man’s next chief minister says he’ll provide a ‘smaller, smarter, smoother government’.

Treasury Minister Chris Thomas believes he’ll be someone who can ‘deliver what voters want’.
