Discussions due to resume in new year
The policy and reform minister says he'd be happy to be involved in talks between the board of Isle of Man Post Office and the Communication Workers' Union.
Discussions between the two bodies are due to resume next month, as they continue to try and thrash out new terms and conditions for staff.
The impasse so far resulted in two days of strike action by union members earlier this month.
Former union boss Bernard Moffatt recently suggested Chris Thomas would be an ideal person to parachute in.
Mr Thomas says he'd like to help:
Further sailings cancelled due to adverse weather
UK Government under scrutiny over Manx assisted dying legislation
Men jailed for £49,000 cocaine ferry importation plot
Warning in place as hill snow expected overnight
