Education minister says residents shouldn't expect to see new facility built too soon
The education minister says residents shouldn't expect to see a new school built on the derelict Park Road site immediately.
The land in central Douglas has been left unused since 2012, only occasionally being used as a car auction lot.
Meanwhile, plans for a new two-form entry primary school on the plot will be laid before Tynwald this month.
It's been long-awaited, but Education Minister Daphne Caine told Manx Radio's John Moss that the project won't be rushed:
