Two-day conference taking place during working hours
Government is calling on people on the Isle of Man to come forward with ‘bold ideas’ to inspire economic prosperity.
Today marks the second day of a conference which is focussing on the Draft Economic Strategy.
It’s being held at the Villa Marina and is designed to be an ‘open platform’ to help people engage with political representatives on big issues of the future.
Cabinet Office Minister Kate Lord-Brennan says she realises the timing of the event won’t suit everyone:
VAT reduction on electricity extended
Some EU deliveries suspended 'until further notice'
Manx actress to return to West End in April
No word from Barclays over Island job losses in global cost cutting move
