A firm favourite for fitness fanatics will return this summer.
The annual ToughMann endurance challenge is taking place on Saturday, 5 August at Ballamoar Farm in Ballaugh - meaning adrenaline junkies now just shy of 16 weeks to train for the grueling 10k obstacle course.
Further details on entries and timings have now been released online.
Seven hundred people took part last year, and over fifty have signed up for this year's event already.
Entries are open now, priced at £59 per person, via toughmann.com.
