A trade union on the Isle of Man is calling for an independent panel to determine what is classed as a whistleblowing case here.
A Tynwald committee looking at whether the Isle of Man Government's policies are fit for purpose has heard its first evidence.
It was formed to address some of the concerns raised following the fallout from the Dr Rosalind Ranson tribunal in 2022.
