Police are advising motorists of heavy congestion in parts of Ramsey today (Tues).
The Water Authority is currently carrying out works on Bowring Road opposite the old Isle of Man Bank.
There are currently temporary traffic lights in place, but heavy traffic has been building up, and motorists are advised to avoid the area if at all possible.
