Public seeks assistance securing refunds
Requests for help getting money back because of cancelled trips has been among the most common reason for contacting the Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading in recent months.
That's according to the head of trading standards, John Peet.
He says the OFT had expected a spike in demand for debt counselling, but that hasn't been the case.
However, travel queries have been a recurring theme:
