More than 2,000 businesses and individuals yet to be paid
The treasury minister has apologised for the delay in paying people and companies, who have applied for the department's business support scheme.
Alfred Cannan says they've received more than 3,000 applications for the £3,000 grant, with more than 2,000 still to be paid.
Mr Cannan says the process has taken longer than anticipated:
