MHK asks what's being done to increase options
Increasing ways for those who claim benefits to access the funds would have long-term advantages.
That's the view of Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper, who's asking what work is underway to increase the number of people collecting their benefits without going to a post office counter.
Treasury Minister Alf Cannan will provide an update on the House of Keys this afternoon.
Mr Hooper says this wouldn't just be for during lockdown:
Treasury reviewing measures announced in UK Autumn StatementÂ
Two local authorities submit objections to Ă˜rsted's offshore windfarm proposals
Two thirds of juvenile offences in 2024/25 committed by 18 young people
Government 'must seriously consider' MoD wind farm objection, says MHK
