Covid support isn't for 'chamber mates' says Cannan
It's predicted government has lost around £200 -250 million since the start of the pandemic last year.
That estimate based on government support spending and lost revenues comes from the Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan.
He says despite this unemployment levels have improved in recent months and reserves have 'remained strong'.
Mr Cannan made a statement on the Economic Recovery Strategy to Tynwald:
