A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of nine sexual offences.

Committal proceedings, where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery, will take place on 13 December – bail was extended until that date.
Update: On 8 July 2024 Duggan was found guilty after trial. He will be sentenced on 4 September.
