33-year-old denies indecent assault and gross indecency charges
A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of nine sexual offences.
William Alfred Graham Duggan, of Sumark Croft, appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday (18 October).
The 33-year-old denied six counts of indecent assault and three of gross indecency with or towards a person under the age of 16.
The offences were allegedly committed between February 2000 and August 2012.
Committal proceedings, where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery, will take place on 13 December – bail was extended until that date.
Update: On 8 July 2024 Duggan was found guilty after trial. He will be sentenced on 4 September.
