22-year-old denies assault ABH charge
A Colby man will stand trial after denying assaulting a woman in the early hours of the morning.
Kane Andrew Damien Bibby, of Ballikillowey Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
He entered a not guilty plea to a charge of assault causing actual bodily harm – the 22-year-old is accused of biting a friend, and punching her in the head multiple times, on 25 June.
A pre-trial review will take place on 19 December; he’s been bailed until that date.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 19 March Mr Bibby was told his trial will take place on 17 June; he's been bailed until that date.
