80-year-old also denies provoking behaviour
A pensioner from Port Erin will stand trial after being accused of assault.
Andrew Street, of Reayrt Ny Chrink, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he also denied two charges of provoking behaviour.
The 80-year-old allegedly committed the offences on Marashen Crescent between 30 April and 1 May.
A pre-trial review will take place on 29 October; bail was granted until that date.
Update: A one-day trial is due to take place on 3 February 2025.
