Marks 100 years since end of WWI
The Island's southern community is being invited to mark the centenary of the Great War at a new memorial.
Royal British Legion Colby Branch has erected a poppy arbour near the remembrance monument adjacent to Arbory Parish Hall.
It will remain there until late November, to mark 100 years since the end of the First World War.
Special waterproof poppies can be attached from now by arrangement.
