Investec and Capital succesful in applications
Two new banking licences have been granted in the last 18 months.
Responding to questions in the House of Keys today the Enterprise Minister confirmed Investec and Capital were both successful in recent applications.
Laurence Skelly was asked if his department has told prospective banking operators of the 'pool' of 120 staff recently made redundant by Lloyds Bank.
