
Two men have been commmitted to a court of General Jail by the High Bailiff on a charge of manslaughter.
43 year old Marcus Anthony McCormack of North View, Peel, and Mark Anthony Quirk (24) of Castlemona Avenue, Douglas, are alleged to have caused the death on August 23rd of Joseph McCabe.
41 year old Sandra Rose Quirk of David Gray House was also committed to General Jail. She is charged with an act against public justice.
The two men have been remanded in custody until their appearance in General Jail and Ms Quirk was bailed.
Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
