Clerk of Tynwald discusses new guidance for 2023
Changes to the rules around petitioning on Tynwald Day should make it easier for residents to submit petitions this year.
That's the hope of the Clerk of Tynwald after amendments were made to the Guidance for Petitioners.
It means Manx residents no longer need to prove they have a personal interest or grievance in a matter before bringing their case before Tynwald Hill.
