Tynwald Day full of unique features - Quayle

Chief minister on Island's national day

It's the second Tynwald Day for the Quayle administration.

The seventh Manx chief minister has striven to make inclusivity and co-operation themes of his premiership.

Howard Quayle also believes Brexit will be the defining historical event of his time in office.

The head of government will be leading his chamber, the Council of Ministers, along with the rest of the House of Keys, to Tynwald Hill this morning.

Today is also a day when residents can present petitions for redress on any issue to assembled parliamentarians.
